When will my training be recorded in MERIT?

We record completed courses in MERIT Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 3 pm, continuously throughout the day.  If you complete training over the weekend, then it should be Monday when your training will be recorded in MERIT.  During higher volume times, it may be up to 3-5 days for training to be recorded in MERIT, but this is the exception.  The highest volume time is the end of December.

When will I get my certificate?
We prepare certificates between 8 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week.  In most cases certificates are prepared within a few hours of when you submit the evaluation form.

If your assignments were adequately completed, you should expect that the turnaround time will be less than 24 hours from the time which you submit the evaluation form until you receive your certificate by email.
We are very pleased that you chose to complete your training with Successful Solutions, and we strive to meet your expectations.

NOTICE!
Do not submit this evaluation form if you skipped doing the coursework for this training.  All of the reading, videos and assignments listed on the checklist are required in order to receive a certificate.

Did you complete all of the required assignments?

If so, great work! We will prepare your certificate and email it to you as quickly as possible.  Certificates are prepared 7 days a week between 8 am and 6 pm.  Be sure to watch your email in-box, and junk mail folder, for your certificate.
