How to Make a Sensory Bin |

Next, you will need to choose your bin.
Some classrooms have a designated area for sensory play, which is fine. However, don’t think that is your only option. Mix things up by choosing a different size sensory bin in a different area. The bin can be larger or smaller, clear or colored, depending on what you are going for. Often, water sensory bins are clear to allow the children to see the water from the outside. Larger bins are used for sensory experiences that are intended for more than one child. These factors should be taken into consideration when selecting a bin. |
A sensory box or basket is a container filled with various objects and materials of different types and textures that children are allowed to explore with their hands, eyes, and other senses.
