"What about children with food allergies? How can they still be involved?"
- Troy Just as you adjust your program planning to fit learning needs for children, you will do so to adjust dietary restrictions for children with food allergies. Many children are allergic to tree nuts so some programs use an allergen free alternative. Children with food allergies can still cook in the classroom just don't use ingredients that they have reactions to, of course.
