Having an inclusive classroom would benefit me as an educator because it would help me see and work with children that have different needs and different ways of learning. It would help me to know the best way to accommodate them in my classroom. I have worked with children with special needs and it helps you grow as a teacher also because you are explaining to the children that are watching you that everyone learns differently and I may have to teach them differently and the children see that.

As a teachers, we have to think about kids individual need and support for that. Then it makes everybody happy and easy way to keep going on the daily routine. Also, create a positive environment and post more visualizing pictures to understand.

Being a teacher it is really gratifying to see how the children accept the differences in each other and help each other in their learning experience. I believe that understanding these differences at an early age will benefit them for a lifetime.

It benefits teachers, students, classmates, parents and a whole community, to develop the same skills and learning and to include within the community and development in addition to showing them the same opportunities and respect, help and knowledge of real life. .

I know letting kids at any learning level needs to know how to interact with each other. having everyone together helps the kids understand that every kid learns at their own learning level and its ok if your a little behind. kids with a learning disorder have a chance to feel included.

I have been teaching for many many years. The best thing I have experienced is being able to include children with various special needs in learning. I have gotten to learn more as a teacher to learn more and enjoy being able to teach many different ways. And I love how young children are able to adapt to each other and appreciate each others needs.

An inclusive classroom allows me to learn to work with all kinds of children and to appreciate their differences as I try to help each child learn in a way that reaches them best. Teachers and students both benefit from learning from each other and helping each other to learn in the best way for each child.. I have learned so much from trying to find the best way to teach the children in my classes who had different leaning needs.

I believe that inclusion can help teachers because it gives them a chance to also immerse themselves in diversity and to think outside of how they would normally think or teach. It forces teachers to think of a variety of ways for a subject to be taught so that everyone's needs are addressed.

Inclusion helps me to learn new techniques for the different learning styles and needs of each child that I work with and it challenges me to provide an environment where they can become independent and self-confident in a positive way, while also being challenged cognitively in a hands on way.

I my experience it have helped me to know that everybody has a different way and speed of learning. Also having an inclusive classroom will help the comunity to open their eyes and understand that we have to include everyone and prepare the enviroment to all of us and not to just some people. As a teacher I can show how the enviroment of my classroom is prepared to everybody.
