-Lois Believe it or not, simply by leading by example. Keep in mind that behaviors often rub off on others unexpectedly and by being a leader in professionalism, respect, and general etiquette you will likely see others follow.

"How do I include etiquette information in evaluations?"
-Brinna You may include a piece about professionalism and include etiquette as part of that assessment. Be prepared with resources and more information for staff who need some improvement in that area. Some are not accustomed to things such as email or social media etiquette and may require further training.
