Frequently Asked Questions
When will my training be recorded in MERIT?

We record completed courses in MERIT Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 3 pm, continuously throughout the day.  If you complete training over the weekend, then it should be Monday when your training will be recorded in MERIT.  During higher volume times, it may be up to 3-5 days for training to be recorded in MERIT, but this is the exception.  The highest volume time is the end of December.

When will I get my certificate?
We prepare certificates between 8 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week.  In most cases certificates are prepared within a few hours of when you submit the evaluation form.

If your assignments were adequately completed, you should expect that the turnaround time will be less than 24 hours from the time which you submit the evaluation form until you receive your certificate by email.
