Course Overview

(2 hours) Online Self-Paced – Open Enrollment * The childcare field has a high turnover rate which is contributed to many factors. Directors are in the unique position to be able to encourage a positive environment where staff are motivated and appreciated. This is one of the many important factors of retaining quality child care staff. This course will give directors and administrators information, tools, real-life suggestions and statistical information to help them motivate and encourage their staff members. Included will be discussions with colleagues, assessments, and hypothetical situations to assist in meeting the objective.
